Councillor Menagh was elected in 2011 and lives in the West Winds, Newtownards, where he is a long-standing member of the West Winds Development Association. He is also Vice Chair of the Newtownards Community Forum. Councillor Menagh works for Bombardier and is very interested in sport, particularly local football.
