LITTER BINS
Litter bins are generally located in commercial or public areas where there is a perceived problem with litter.
While the Council will consider requests for new litter bins, they will generally not be located in residential areas and will not be put in place if they would cause any obstruction, for example, to a person with a disability or someone wheeling a pram.
