RECYCLING CENTRES

The Council provides seven Household Waste Recycling Centres across the Ards Borough, all of which have facilities for recycling a range of materials and for disposing of other unwanted items.

The Centres are located at:

North Road, Newtownards
Glen Link, Comber
Railway Street, Donaghadee
Moss Road, Millisle
Coach Road, Portaferry
Moss Road, Ballygowan
Parsonage Road, Kircubbin.

The Centres are open:

October - March: 8am to 4.30pm, Monday to Friday
8am to 4pm, Saturdays
April - September: 8am to 8pm, Monday to Friday
8am to 4pm, Saturdays

Holiday Closures
The recycling centres will be closed on:
Wednesday 17 March 2010
Monday 5 April 2010
Tuesday 6 April 2010
