BIRTHS, DEATHS AND MARRIAGES
The Registrar registers the Borough's births, deaths and marriages, performs marriages and civil partnerships, and, together with reception staff can also offer help with genealogical research.
Registration is based in the Council offices, 2 Church Street, Newtownards, BT23 4AP, Tel: 028 9182 4003, E: Registration
The Registration office is open from Monday to Friday, 9.00am to 12.30pm and from 2.00pm to 4.00pm.
