ARDS ARTS CENTRE - ROOM HIRE

Home to Ards Arts, the Arts Centre is located in the old Town Hall, Conway Square, Newtownards, a beautifully restored Georgian building which plays host to a range of exhibitions, performances and classes but can also be hired for a variety of functions.

Details of room hire are below:

LONDONDERRY ROOM

Monday to Thursday £16.00 per hour.
Friday to Sunday £20.00 per hour.
Sunday bookings are only accepted for purposes of religious services and can only be booked on a casual basis.

BOARDROOM

Monday to Saturday £20.00 per hour.

KITCHEN*

Per booking £13.50 plus VAT (£2.36) * Not subject to discount mentioned below

ROOM 1 AND STUDIO

Monday to Saturday £8.30 per hour

ALLOWANCES

A. Bookings by or for charitable, cultural, religious or youth organisations for purposes other than dancing: 25%

B. One booking per week for ten weeks or more: 12 ½%

C. Where premises are booked for more than four successive nights: 20%

NOTES

(1) Allowance B or C will not be given where allowance A has been given.

(2) Allowances are only permitted on accounts which are settled within 21 days of date of invoice.

TV & Video £20.00 per session
Over Head Projector £15.00 per session
Data Projector £25.00 per session
Slide Projector £15.00 per session
Screen £5.00 per session
Flip Chart (no paper) Free of charge

(Please note that the above items must not be removed from the Arts Centre).

These charges are efective from 1st September 2006.
