The new Momentum Light suite at Ards Leisure Centre provides a 'lighter' approach to exercising through the use of specialist Toning Chairs. The suite of 6 chairs exercises your whole body safely, at your own pace and is simple and easy to use. A range of cardiovascular equipment is also provided to improve fitness and stamina. You can use Momentum Light as a member or non-member. For regular users membership is the best option and includes the following benefits:
