Induction or Familiarisation?
Everyone new to Momentum Fitness must undergo either an Induction or Familiarisation
Induction
For those who have never used a gym before or are a bit rusty!
At your induction you will:
- learn how to use the equipment properly and safely.
- learn how to take your pulse so your workout programme can be set out and your progress monitored.
- have a workout programme devised by the instructor to achieve your goal
Everyone using Momentum Fitness for the first time must complete a Medical quesionnaire.
Your induction will be booked when you make your membership application and is included in your membership. Non-members must pay for their Induction at time of booking.

Familiarisation
For those who only need to be shown how to use our CV equipment but have had previous experience of using CV equipment and know how to use resistance equipment.
These users must complete the Medical Questionniare before using the gym.
