MOMENTUM HEALTHY EATING PLAN

The ideal package for anyone wishing to - keep track of what they eat, change their diet, lose weight or just need some help and advice on what they should be eating.
The package includes a daily food diary for 6 weeks, a Glycemic Index (GI) Food List, recipes and tips on healthy eating. Measurements and body fat analysis are taken in the first and last week of your programme and you may have a weekly weigh in. Momentum staff will give advice on your weekly diet and make suggestions for improvements.

Momentum Healthy Eating Plan costs £10 and is only available to Momentum members.
