

Momentum Fitness at Ards, Comber and Portaferry centres is designed to accommodate everyone from the absolute beginner to the superbly conditioned. With an endless variety of ways to exercise available in one gym Momentum is a great place to workout.
Momentum boasts a comprehensive range of cardiovascular and weight resistant equipment and instructed 'Tummy' sessions so you don't miss out on any part of the body. Cardio-theatre is provided to keep you entertained with the latest news, sport, soaps or music. Momentum staff are always present to give ongoing help, advice and motivation and set your programme specifically designed to reach your personal goals.
Momentum Fitness is available to everyone aged 16 years and over. Junior Momentum is available to those aged 11 to 15 years.

If you're new to Momentum, you'll receive an induction to make sure you:
- know how to use the equipment properly and safely.
- learn how to take your pulse so your workout programme can be set out and your progress monitored.
- can have your next workout programme set there and then by one of our Fitness Consultants.
Everyone must undergo an induction and these must be pre-booked. Non-members must pay for their induction at time of booking. Those taking out membership will be booked on to an induction session when they join.
