USING INSTANT TAN

What you will do on the day

• Remove make-up, contact lenses, clothing and all jewellery
• Put on shower cap provided making sure it is behind your ears and just on the hair line
• Place ticket in the machine - you now have 10 seconds to take your place
• Stand in middle of the booth facing the door with your feet shoulder width apart
• When you hear the beep close your eyes and mouth and take a deep breath
• When the spray starts:
  1. Turn to the right, raising your left knee to the waist, lift both hands above your head
  2. Turn to the left, lift your right knee to the waist, lift both hands above your head.
  Repeat steps 1 & 2 until the spray stops. A member of staff will demonstrate moves 1 & 2
• When spray stops start to rub the solution in from your face down, making sure you rub under your chin, down your neck, your arms, chest, stomach and legs until you are dry, you may step out of the booth to do this
• Wipe finger & toe nails, between fingers & toes, the palms of your hands & soles of your feet with the wipes provided
• TIP - use a wipe to remove shower cap
• You must then scrub the palms of your hands and the soles of your feet carefully with soap & the scrubbing brush provided & pat dry with towel - even though you can't see any solution on your hands
• Your new tan will start to show in 3 to 4 hours time and darken over the next 24 hours
• We recommend that you do not shower for 10 hours after your Instant Tan or a least a minimum of 4 hours
