JUNIOR MOMENTUM FITNESS

Momentum Fitness is one of the few gyms to allow 11 to 15 year olds to use its facilities. Juniors at Momentum receive the same care and attention as senior members. They start by having an induction when they join Momentum to learn how to use the equipment properly and safely and which equipment is suitable for them. The Fitness Consultant will set a programme for the member to follow which can be updated at any time.
Special Junior membership is available for Momentum.

Juniors can use Momentum at the following times:

Ards
Monday to Friday	12.30pm to 2.30pm*
Tuesday & Thursday	3.30pm to 5.30pm
Friday	7pm to 10pm
Saturday	12 noon to 5.45pm

Comber
Monday to Friday	11am to 5pm
	5pm onwards when accompanied by an adult
Saturday	9am to 6pm
Sunday	1pm to 6pm

Portaferry
Tuesday	5pm to 6pm
Thursday	5pm to 6pm
Saturday	12 noon to 6pm
Sunday	4pm to 6pm

*Only applies during school holidays.
