Whacky Whizz-ards

Whacky's has 2 storeys of adventure soft play with a Spiral Slide into a Ball Pool, Wobbly Mirror, Spiders Web and Stepping Stones - just a few of the features that make it one of our most popular activities for young children.

Sessions are a minimum of 45 minutes to one hour. Whackys is suitable for toddlers to children approximately 7 years old. Children over 130cm tall will not be allowed to use the facility.

Group Hire
Whacky's is available for private hire by groups.
For bookings between 9am and 12 noon on weekdays a special rate of £30 for 45 minutes applies. Snacks are available at a cost of 50p per child for toast, juice & piece of fruit, 70p for tea/coffee. Snacks are served in a reserved area in Champions Café. The last booking for snacks is 12 noon.
Groups wishing to book snacks must book directly with the café at least one week before their visit. Final numbers can be given to the café on the day.

*Customers wishing to use Whacky's casually are advised to check availability before setting out as Whacky's may be hired out for private parties. Availability can be checked up to one week in advance.

Swimming

Gala & Minor Pool - children aged 8 years or over are permitted entry to the Gala & Minor pools unaccompanied during public swimming sessions. Children aged 7 years or under must be accompanied by a responsible adult. One adult may accompany up to three children aged 7 years or under to any pool.

Parties - the pool may be hired for parties from 3pm to 6pm daily.

Group Bookings - the pool may be hired by groups 9am to 12 noon weekdays. At these times snacks are available at a cost of 50p per child for toast, juice & piece of fruit, 70p for tea/coffee. Snacks will be served in a reserved area in Champions Cafe. The last booking for snacks is 12 noon. Groups wishing to book snacks must book directly with the cafe at least one week before their visit.

The Paddling Pool is for the use of 7 year olds and under who must be accompanied by an adult.
*As the pool may be hired out, those wishing to use the pool can check availability up to a week in advance.

Gymnastics, Trampolining and Martial Arts clubs run at the centre.
