2010 will be the third Ards Half Marathon, which has established itself firmly on the race calendar.

This year a 10 mile walk has been introduced and it is hoped this will encourage more people to take part and provide an opportunity for more to raise money for this years nominated charity - Northern Ireland Hospice.

New for 2010 is the introduction of an Ards Triple Series. Ards Half Marathon has teamed up with the Portaferry 10 mile and Newtownards 5 mile races.

Once again the Ards Half Marathon will be part of the ChampionChip Half Marathon Series sponsored by eaga HEAT.
