Entrants will be sent a confirmation letter as receipt of their entry. Race number and details of race day arrangements will be included in the letter.

Entries made on Race Day must be made no later than 5.45pm

Entrants must be 17 years of age or over on the day of the race.

Refunds will not be made under any circumstances.

This event is being held under an Athletics Northern Ireland Permit and has been accurately measured by Athletics N.I. The race will be run on roads and footpaths (not traffic free) and is not suitable for wheelchairs. The course will be marshalled and police will facilitate the management of traffic.
It is recommended that participants not currently involved in physical sporting activity should seek medical advice on their suitability to take part in this event.

Walkers should aim to be back in Newtownards town under street lighting by 9.45pm.
