| Accessibility: 25th July 2008 CASUAL COACH 2008CASUAL COACH (2008) Wage rate: To be agreed by the Manager JOB DESCRIPTION The Casual Coach will be responsible for: 1. Supervising and coaching the Centre's customers including school parties and similar groups. 2. Instruction in the safe and beneficial use of equipment where appropriate. 3. Development of customer's progress. 4. Implementing and complying with all the declared policies and procedures of the Council. 5. Performing all duties in a safe and proper manner and in accordance with the Council's Health and Safety policies as laid down and by the Health and Safety at Work (NI) Order 1978 and other relevant legislation. 6. Undertaking any other duties as may be allocated including interchange of duties to cover for leave, sickness and employee vacancies etc. PERSONNEL SPECIFICATION Applicants must be members of the relevant coaching body and have previous coaching experience. Applicants must demonstrate on their application form how they meet the requirements of the post. Please note the above criteria may be enhanced to facilitate shortlisting.
